I'm Alyson Lee, Owner and Licensed Massage Therapist, devoted to helping women feel at home in their bodies. Through intentional bodywork, I create a space where your nervous system can exhale, your body can release what it no longer needs to carry, and your spirit can settle into soulful rest.

Every session is intuitive, intentional, and sacred.

As women, we are constantly moving through seasons of growth, transformation, and change. My mission is to support your body in trusting the process with greater ease, helping you cultivate balance, resilience, and deep inner peace. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Albuquerque School of Healing Arts, where I developed a deep appreciation for the connection between the body, mind, and spirit. My education allows me to approach massage therapy through a holistic and integrative lens, focusing not only on relieving tension but on supporting your body’s longevity and vitality.
